By accessing or using Clusters, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Clusters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

3. Client Content and Third-Party Disclaimer

Clusters is a technology provider only and does not participate in, verify, or endorse any travel information, recommendations, or services that Clients share through the platform.

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content they publish or share via Clusters. Clusters bears no liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from Client content or from the relationship between a Client and an End User.

Clients agree to maintain their own terms of service and privacy policies governing their relationship with End Users, and to comply with all applicable laws in connection with their use of the platform. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clusters from any claims arising out of their content, their interactions with End Users, or their breach of these Terms.

4. Third-Party Services

Parts of the service rely on third-party providers, including Google Maps Platform. By using Clusters, you agree to comply with the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You may not remove or alter any third-party attribution or copyright notices displayed within the service. Clusters is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any third-party data, including map data and location information.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment Terms

• The Starter plan is free. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clusters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clusters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
